1. Services Disclaimer (Not Therapy)
JNY Coaching & Consulting provides coaching, consulting, education, and wellness support services. These services are not psychotherapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and they do not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Although the owner has clinical training, services provided through JNY Coaching & Consulting are offered solely in a coaching and consulting capacity.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact 911, your local emergency services, or a licensed mental health professional.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in services unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
3. Client Responsibility
You understand and agree that:
You are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes
Coaching and consulting is a collaborative process
No guarantees are made regarding specific results or outcomes
4. Payment & Fees
Fees for services are disclosed prior to booking. Payment is due at the time of scheduling unless otherwise stated in writing.
Missed, late, or canceled appointments may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Additional policies related to payment or scheduling may be outlined separately and are incorporated into these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, logos, downloads, and original materials, is the property of JNY Coaching & Consulting and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
6. Confidentiality
Your privacy is respected. Information shared during coaching or consulting sessions is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law, including but not limited to:
Risk of harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse or neglect
Legal or court-ordered requirements
Coaching does not carry the same legal confidentiality protections as licensed therapy.
