What can I expect from a session with Jana?
Each session is a supportive, conversational space where we explore what you’re experiencing, identify what you need, and take meaningful steps toward your goals. It’s relaxed, collaborative, and fully centered on you.
Is this therapy?
No. I don’t diagnose, treat, or provide mental health services. My work focuses on support, growth, resilience, clarity, and life transitions.
How long are sessions?
Most sessions are 50 minutes, though extended sessions can be arranged if you prefer more time.
